This policy covers afterglowtalent.agency and its application form. "Afterglow Talent", "we" and "us" mean the agency that runs this site. It explains what we collect, what we do with it and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- The answers you give on the application form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, social handle, OnlyFans link, earnings range, country and any message.
- Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
- Basic server logs kept by our host, such as browser type, the pages requested and when.
The site has no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To read your application and get back to you.
- To manage your page if we start working together, under a separate written agreement.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We don't sell personal information, and we never pass your details to fans.
Who else handles it
The services that deliver our form submissions and email, only for that purpose, and anyone we are legally required to share it with.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your application or our work together. If we don't go ahead, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or object to how we use it. Email privacy@afterglowtalent.agency.
Adults only
We only work with people aged 18 or over. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us their details, let us know and we will delete them.
Security
We take reasonable care with what you send us, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top.
